How do we operate? When we receive a report or complaint, we thoroughly investigate the case to determine whether the player is indeed using leaks or hacks. We also work with official developer partners who can notify us if certain individuals are using and reselling their development assets without permission. We do not place anyone on the blacklist without solid evidence or 100% certainty. Players who are added to our blacklist are also placed under increased monitoring by CFX.
