1. Usage of the Bot By using BSECURE, you agree to use it only for legitimate purposes related to server safety and moderation within the FiveM community.

2. Data Collection BSECURE may log user IDs, server IDs, and report activity for moderation and blacklist purposes. We do not collect personal data such as IP addresses or private messages.

3. Reporting & Blacklisting Reports submitted via the bot are reviewed manually. A user or server will only be blacklisted if sufficient evidence is found. False reporting may result in sanctions.

4. Developer Partnerships BSECURE works with verified developers who can flag misuse of their assets. This helps in identifying asset theft or unauthorized resale.

5. Liability BSECURE provides tools and information to help servers moderate more effectively. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party servers based on our data.

6. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot means you accept the latest version.
